Following is a list of bills I have sponsored so far in 2011:
(HB 346) Excludes Savings Bonds from being counted towards income.
(HB 347) Addresses use of Semi-Automatic weapons to hunt small game.
(HB 348) End remarriage penalty for funeral directors.
(HB 349) Expands the sale of raffle tickets.
(HB 350) Amends the PA Construction Code.
(HB 351) Natural gas well drilling/ Tax Credit.
(HB 352) Amends Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act.
(HB 807) Enact & Enforce the bio-fuels mandate for on-road diesels.
(HB 839) Allow out-of-state winery participation at PA wine festivals.
(HB 840, HB 841, HB 842, HB 843) Would exempt senior citizens 65+ from paying local Per Capita Tax.
(HB 844) PIAA Sports Classification, would not bump a “host school” into a higher classification, when students from another school participate in sports.
(HB 845) Allows for direct shipment of wine.
(HB 1045) Regulates noise levels of oil & gas compressors (problem in Greene Township).
(HB 1046) Creates a property line-set-back for drilling 200 ft. from the property line AND increases bonding requirements to protect homeowners.
(HR 228) Condolence Resolution honoring Corporal Jarrid L. King, who died in combat in Afghanistan on Jan. 12, 2011, defending our Country.
(HB 1355) Dedicating the Westbound Bridge on I-90, over Six Mile Creek, in honor of Corporal Jarrid L. King.
(HB 1478) Increases the Hotel Tax in Erie Co. by 1%.
(HB 1806) Require facilities that use/store toxic chemicals to carry liability insurance.
